The candidate should have experience working on private credit asset-based lending, leveraged finance, and related credit facilities, representing financial institutions and investors. Experience in private credit finance preferred but not required.
Qualified candidates should possess strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with experience handling multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage transactions independently while collaborating effectively with partners, clients, opposing counsel, and other advisors.
This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated financing transactions for private credit clients, including national and regional financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and investment funds, while collaborating with a collegial and very experienced team of attorneys.

The Complex Litigation & Restructuring Practice Group is seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Commercial Litigation & Restructuring Practice Group. The associate should possess 3+ years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, workouts, distressed transactions, commercial litigation, creditors' rights, or related practice areas. The associate will assist with bankruptcy litigation, adversary proceedings, contested matters, and appeals.
This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring, and commercial litigation matters representing creditors, lenders, trustees, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the associate will gain experience addressing complex insurance coverage issues, providing broad exposure to litigation, and risk management matters. The associate will work closely with an experienced team of attorneys on complex matters.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing, research, analytical and communication skills.
