Law Students
Sophisticated work, excellent client service, and a collegial environment have been the formula for more than 30 years of success. We seek to continue our legacy by attracting and investing in the best talent.
Overview
We visit law schools and job fairs each Fall to recruit candidates for our summer associate program. We also welcome applications from law students attending schools where we do not conduct on-campus interviews.
Our summer associates are invited to spend up to ten weeks at the firm engaged in interesting and substantive work projects. We offer hands-on client interaction, such as attending client meetings, hearings, negotiating sessions, and depositions, so that summer associates get real world experience and are exposed to the sophisticated nature of our clients and practice. Summer associates rotate through our practice groups and work on a variety of legal projects to expose them to different practice areas and afford them the ability to work closely with as many of our attorneys as possible. In addition to work assignments, summer associates are invited to participate in social events so they are able to develop relationships beyond the office with our attorneys and build an understanding of the cultural and social aspects of the City of Atlanta.
