David Darden and Travis C. Williams to Present at the Georgia Hospital Association’s GSHHRA Annual Conference 2026
Mar 06, 2026
Atlanta, GA (June 3, 2026) — Parker Hudson, a full-service law firm with an integrated collection of high-value boutique business practices, is pleased to welcome Jonathan R. Granade as a partner in the Firm’s Healthcare and Technology Practices. Based in Atlanta, Jonathan joins Parker Hudson with extensive experience advising U.S.-based healthcare organizations and IT service providers on information technology and data privacy and security issues, including compliance program development, data breach response, and regulatory investigations.
Jonathan advises healthcare and other clients on a wide range of contracts, including software licensing, managed IT services, information security, business associate agreements, data use, professional services, health information exchange participation, and data hosting agreements. He has negotiated enterprise IT and revenue cycle management (RCM) service agreements for several of the nation’s largest health systems and regularly counsels on transition services agreements related to hospital and clinic acquisitions or divestitures.
Jonathan works with clients to conduct privacy and security risk assessments, implement compliance programs, respond to data breaches, and manage government investigations. When a data breach occurs, he guides clients through investigation, documentation, mitigation, and reporting processes as required by federal and state law. Jonathan also represents clients in breach investigations and compliance audits by state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). His experience as a civil trial attorney and former prosecutor for the State of Georgia gives his clients a strategic edge in addressing and defending data breach claims and compliance reviews.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jonathan to Parker Hudson. His depth of experience in healthcare privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance brings an exceptional level of insight to our Healthcare and Technology practices, and we are excited about the value he will bring to our clients and our growing team,” said Harrison Roberts, Parker Hudson’s Managing Partner. “Jonathan’s addition is a building block in our long-term plan to grow our thriving Healthcare Practice on which the Firm was founded 45 years ago.”
“For years, I have known and worked with several of the Parker Hudson Healthcare Team members. They have a strong reputation in the healthcare space for helping clients navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges,” said Granade. “I am excited to join this collaborative and forward-thinking team.”
