Niya McCray is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice group. She has successfully provided counsel to clients across a variety of practice areas, including labor and employment, data privacy and cybersecurity, and complex business litigation. Niya's commitment to remaining abreast of the latest data privacy laws ensures that her clients will always be at the forefront of compliance. She earned a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.

Emily Weaver
is an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice group. She works on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. Emily's focus on the commercial real estate industry allows her to deeply understand the business needs and objectives of her clients. She earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University.

Matt Weiss
is an associate in the firm's Bankruptcy practice group. He helps creditors successfully navigate bankruptcy and restructuring matters, with a focus on creditors’ rights and insolvency-related litigation in bankruptcy, federal and state courts. His experience includes all phases of Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcies, representing secured and unsecured creditors as well as debtors and other parties-in-interest. Before joining Parker Hudson Matt was an associate at Freeman, Mathis & Gary, LLP. He earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Georgia.

Jameson Bilsborrow is an associate in the firm's Healthcare practice group. He assists clients with a range of regulatory and litigation matters, including guiding them through Georgia's certificate of need program, state licensure issues, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and related regulatory disputes. A former track & field All American and having graduated at the top of his law school class, Jameson brings an in-it-to-win-it attitude to any matter a client asks him to run with. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of William and Mary.
