Robert provides IP and brand protection services for clients in industries as varied as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and software. Robert advises on a wide range of IP issues, including trademark prosecution, infringement and post-grant proceedings, IP audits, and M&A-related IP due diligence. Often working at the intersection of business growth and IP law, Robert is also called upon to draft employment and contractor agreements that protect trade secrets and other valuable IP. Robert works frequently with clients to identify in- and out-bound licensing opportunities and potential joint-ventures. Notably, he’s worked with a number of international brands seeking U.S.-based partners to help expand products and services into domestic markets.
