About Sean
Sean's practice focuses on health care regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and litigation. His experience includes assisting with the representation of health care clients in transactional and regulatory compliance matters, as well as assisting with litigation before administrative bodies and state and federal courts. Sean previously served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for Chief Judge J.L. Edmondson.
In addition to his legal experience, Sean brings a unique perspective to his legal practice due to his prior experience in both the military and business communities. Following his graduation from the United States Military Academy, Sean served as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer with the United States Army’s First Cavalry Division, attaining the rank of Captain before leaving the service to attend law school and business school. Additionally, Sean gained unique and valuable business experience while serving as a Vice-President and Project Manager for the St. Joe Company, a publicly-traded Florida-based real estate developer.
