Overview

Thomas Powell is an associate in the firm's Commercial Finance practice group. He focuses his practice on the negotiation, documentation, and administration of commercial lending transactions. Thomas's knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Uniform Commercial Codes ensures that his clients' interests are fully understood.

Thomas represents banks and other financial institutions in both single-lender and syndicated transactions. These transactions include secured credit facilities, distressed deals, and DIP financing agreements. His creativity allows him to successfully document and negotiate difficult matters and quickly resolve client concerns.
