Thomas Powell Recognized in Secured Finance Network’s 40 Under 40

Thomas Powell has been named to the Secured Finance Network’s (“SFNet”) 40 Under 40 Awards for 2024. This recognition honors the top rising stars in secured finance who have demonstrated exceptional career achievements, leadership skills, community involvement, and dedication to SFNet.

Thomas Powell, an associate in the firm's Commercial Finance practice group, focuses his practice on the negotiation, documentation, and administration of commercial lending transactions. Thomas represents banks and other financial institutions in both single-lender and syndicated transactions. These transactions include secured credit facilities, distressed deals, and DIP financing agreements.

The Class of 2024 honorees will be featured in the June issue of The Secured Lender, and the award ceremony will take place on June 13, 2024, at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
