Drew is a member of the national litigation team defending a global insurer in multiple mass tort bankruptcies and the associated coverage litigation matters across the country. He has defended companies against claims of trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and civil RICO claims, and he regularly represents employers and franchisors in defending and prosecuting claims for breach of post-termination non-competes.
In his healthcare practice, Drew represents hospitals, health systems, and other providers in the defense of claims and investigations under the False Claims Act and in payment and reimbursement disputes. Drew has also developed nationally recognized expertise in the Nondiscrimination provisions of the Affordable Care Act and regularly represents providers in connection with claims and investigations brought under those provisions, including by DOJ, HHS OCR, and by private claimants.
Drew has been a member of the Leadership Counsel for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation since 2024, and he regularly provides pro bono representation to individuals in landlord-tenant disputes.
