Tracy Field will present “60-Day Repayment Rule: Discussion of Examples, Sampling Methods, and Strategies” at the upcoming Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) Annual Compliance Institute on March 31, 2020. This session will cover developments in the 60 day rule process, including new statistical sampling guidelines, a review of hypotheticals for which no voluntary repayment is indicated, and a review of hypotheticals for which sampling analysis/consideration and a voluntary refund may be appropriate.
