Tara Ravi to Speak at the 2025 HCCA Annual Compliance Institute

Tara Ravi will co-present on “Herding Cats: Coordinating Across Departments to Monitor Provider-Based Reimbursement Compliance,” at the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) Annual Compliance Institute on April 29, 2025.

The program addresses compliance considerations related to hospitals rapidly expanding and consolidating including:

• Provider-based status requirements including signage, co-location and under arrangement requirements,
• The role of compliance in facilitating provider-based reimbursement efficiencies by working together to organize payor enrollment updates, and
• Compliance management strategies to maintain interdepartmental alignment and provider-based compliance during periods of rapid outpatient expansion.

The HCCA Annual Compliance Institute will take place on April 28 - May 1, 2025, in Las Vegas Nevada, where attendees will hear from healthcare industry leaders on a variety of time-sensitive topics from regulatory updates to enforcement trends and professional skills. The Compliance Institute is the HCCA’s primary educational and networking event for healthcare compliance professionals across the country.
