The article reports on the significant progress State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice Certification Committee Progress (SFGAP) has made in preserving the professional standard among those certified to practice law before or on behalf of state and federal government entities.

The article notes that in the past year, the SFGAP committee has “worked to enhance exam quality, update resources and materials, and pursue its proposed rule revisions to recognize a wider range of qualifying administrative practice experience.”

Seann is the current chair of The State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice Certification Committee.
