Sarah Banda Awarded the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association’s 2025 Diversity Champion Award

Sarah R. Banda has been named to the Secured Finance Network’s (“SFNet”) 40 Under 40 list for 2026. This recognition honors the top rising stars in secured finance who have demonstrated exceptional career achievements, leadership skills, community involvement, and dedication to SFNet.
Sarah Banda is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group where she works on a wide range of commercial lending transactions. Drawing on her deep understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code and bankruptcy law, Sarah provides clients with practical, risk-focused counsel throughout the documentation and closing process. Her background includes a prestigious clerkship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, serving Judges Sigler, Baisier, Ritchey Craig, and Cavender, as well as prior experience representing creditors in insolvency-related litigation across federal and state courts.
The Class of 2026 honorees will be featured in the June issue of The Secured Lender, and the award ceremony will take place on June 11, 2026, at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
