ATLANTA, January 21, 2020 - Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Proctor has been promoted to an Of Counsel position on the Commercial Finance team. Sarah initially joined Parker Hudson in November 2010 and worked as an Associate on the Commercial Finance team for four years. She re-joined the firm in 2018. Sarah earned her undergraduate degree (2004) from East Carolina University (summa cum laude) and law degree (2007) from the University of North Carolina. She is licensed in both Georgia and North Carolina.
Sarah advises national and regional banks and other financial institutions in documenting, negotiating and closing of commercial finance transactions, with primary emphasis on asset-based lending, cross-border financing, healthcare lending, cash flow credit facilities, acquisition finance and loan workouts.
Parker Hudson’s Commercial Finance practice encompasses 17 attorneys providing diverse transactional experience and deep knowledge of how changing regulations, cross-border demand for credit facilities and technology impact loan transactions.
