Daniel Ennis is a member of the firm's Commercial Finance practice group in the Atlanta office. He represents banks, finance companies and other lenders in a variety of secured lending transactions, including negotiation and documentation of both single lender and syndicated credit facilities.
Elizabeth Murphy Kitchens
Elizabeth Murphy Kitchens is a member of the firm's Healthcare practice group in the Atlanta office. She concentrates her practice on health care compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters. Beth represents hospitals, health care systems, physicians, and other individuals working in the health care industry.
