Former General Counsel for Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration Joins Parker Hudson

John has more than 16 years of legal experience advising clients, primarily on the creditor side, in all manner of workouts, restructurings, bankruptcies, receiverships, insolvency and distress-related situations. Prior to joining Parker Hudson, he practiced at Dickinson Wright PLLC in Nashville. John brings a valuable combination of creditor's rights and corporate bankruptcy talents to Parker Hudson’s Bankruptcy Practice Group, and his years of broad experience in firms with sophisticated bankruptcy and insolvency teams bolsters the team’s strengths.
