Congratulations to our colleague Stefan Grow who will act as Chief of Staff for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (“AHCA”) effective April 24, 2023. In that role, Stefan will coordinate efforts with the governor’s office and the Florida legislature in oversight of the state’s Medicaid program and regulation of providers.

“Stefan has been an invaluable member of the team during his time at Parker Hudson. We wish him all the best as he re-joins the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration,” said Tallahassee Healthcare Partner Seann Frazier. “His experience will be greatly missed, but we are confident that Stefan will continue to excel in his new role and make a significant impact on the healthcare industry in Florida.”

Prior to joining Parker Hudson, Stefan served as general counsel for AHCA, where he led a department of over 50 attorneys for the state’s $29 billion Medicaid and health facility regulatory agency. While at AHCA, he advised the Agency on emergency and executive orders which impacted healthcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. After joining Parker Hudson, Stefan counseled healthcare providers, hospital systems, health insurance entities, and long-term care facilities regarding healthcare regulatory and bid protest matters.
