Healthcare Partner David Darden to Present at the 2022 GAHA Annual Meeting and Health Law Update

Healthcare Partner David Darden will be presenting at the Georgia Hospital Association 2022 Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys (“GAHA”) Annual Meeting and Health Law Update on May 20, 2022.

David Darden will present an update on the Georgia certificate of need law. This program will focus on updating the GAHA members on various regulatory changes and court cases.

The Georgia Hospital Association’s mission is to promote the health and welfare of the public through the development of better hospital care for all of Georgia's citizens. The association provides information and education on issues ranging from access to health care and clinical care updates, to effective hospital management and compliance with high-level accreditation standards.
