Kathleen Currey will be presiding over the upcoming Secured Lending Seminar on March 5 hosted by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education of the State Bar of Georgia.
Bobbi Acord Noland will co-present “Trends in the Syndicated Loan Market" and Bryan Bates will present “Bankruptcy Fundamentals and Strategic Considerations for the Lending Lawyer Regarding Adequate Protection, Cash Collateral and DIP Financing.”
This seminar will be helpful for all levels of practitioners, with a broad array of topics that will be helpful for both experienced and junior lawyers. The speakers are “best in class” in their particular areas of practice and will touch on recent caselaw and the changes to loan documentation to address those changes, as well as some basic topics that will be primers for lawyers who are new to the practice area or certain sub-specialties within the practice area. This is a “must attend” seminar for all commercial finance lawyers and would also be helpful to bankruptcy lawyers who wish to have a better understanding of trends in the finance market.
