Doug Nail and Sarah Proctor to Present on AR Financing at the HMAC Conference 2023

Commercial Finance Partners Doug Nail and Sarah Proctor will be co-presenting on “Accounts Receivable Essentials Mostly Explained…Not Losing your Religion when the Operator tells you there is going to be AR Financing on a HUD Deal,” at the Healthcare Mortgagee Advisory Council (“HMAC”) Annual Conference on November 13, 2023.

The presentation will review AR financing to skilled nursing operators for projects subject to HUD Section 232-insured financing.

HMAC is a non-profit consortium of FHA-approved lenders and industry partners who are active in financing and servicing Residential Care Facilities under HUD’s Section 232 programs.
