Dan Ennis and Kelley Gass Present at, and Kathleen Currey Chairs, the 2022 Secured Lending Seminar Hosted by the State Bar of Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education

Commercial Finance attorneys Dan Ennis and Kelley Gass presented on March 2, 2022, at the 2022 Secured Lending Seminar hosted by the State Bar of Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Kathleen Currey served as this year’s Program Chair. The seminar covered a wide range of secured lending topics from recent trends in secured lending case law to ESG-linked loans.

Kelley Gass presented on “Recent Cases Related to Lender Voting Rights and Consents in Syndicated Loan Transactions” and Dan Ennis presented on “Perfecting Security Interests on Trust Assets.”
