About

Tracy  is a member of the firm's Health Industry practice group. Tracy focuses her practice on advising health care and life sciences companies regarding regulatory and operational issues including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement matters, compliance programs, OIG and government investigations, HIPAA and HiTech issues, as well as clinical research trials, including conflicts of interest issues. In addition to experience in private practice, Tracy worked as a chief compliance officer and executive for a large health system. In that position, Tracy managed operations for the hospital system’s compliance, government appeals, privacy, and information security departments.  Prior to her legal career, Tracy worked in clinical genetics and reproductive endocrinology.

 

Tracy is the past Chairperson of the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and has served on its Executive Committee. She frequently presents on issues impacting health care providers and life sciences companies.
