About Kathleen

Kathleen is a member of the Commercial Finance practice group. She represents major financial institutions and borrowers in complex lending and financial restructuring matters. Kathleen has extensive experience with syndicated loan facilities, asset-based financings, debtor-in-possession financings and negotiating complex intercreditor and subordination agreements.

  • Represented borrower in connection with $335 million secured first and second lien syndicated facilities to a national tower company
  • Represented borrowers in connection with a $2.3 billion senior secured first lien syndicated revolver and term loan facility, a $675 million second lien syndicated term loan facility and a $280 million syndicated asset sale bridge term loan facility used to acquire cable system assets
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with a $100 million senior secured syndicated facility to a software development company
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with $250 million secured first and second lien syndicated letter of credit facilities to an international engineering company
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with a $280 million senior secured syndicated facility to an apparel manufacturing and distribution company
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with $420 million secured first and second lien syndicated facilities to outdoor equipment manufacturing companies operating in the U.S. and Canada
