About David
David practices general business litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and products liability. He has represented clients in litigation involving business acquisitions, media rights, trademark and trade dress, real estate development, and numerous other legal areas. Those cases have often presented complex factual issues in the areas of finance, engineering, and business methods. David has experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, including traditional and electronic discovery, depositions, trial, arbitration, mediation, and appeal. His cases have ranged in size from small claims court matters handled for purposes of client convenience to bet-the-company, multi-state litigation. David is admitted to practice in the state courts of Georgia, the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Georgia, and has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous other jurisdictions.

Representative Engagements
- Successfully pursued breach of contract, indemnification, negligent misrepresentation, and fraud claims on behalf of purchaser of manufacturing concern through 2 years of discovery, summary judgment motions, and 3 week federal trial, culminating in a ruling from the bench and resulting in a favorable settlement.
- Ongoing defense of a leading manufacturer of emergency equipment in a multi-state product liability case involving more than 3000 plaintiffs, complex procedural and discovery issues, and media relations.
- Successful and efficient defense and resolution of numerous litigation claims for financial services clients.
