About Jonathan

Jonathan is a partner with the firm's Commercial Finance practice group.

Jonathan has experience in a range of corporate finance transactions, including structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing secured loan transactions for financial institutions. Jonathan has represented, or assisted in the representation of numerous financial institutions in both individual lender and syndicated loan transactions from $10 million to $1 billion, a number of which have involved multi-currency loans to affiliated borrowers in Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. In connection with the representation of the firm’s lending clients, Jonathan also has been involved in various workouts of financing transactions.

Jonathan graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1995 and received his J.D. from the Vanderbilt University in 2000. He served as Executive Research Editor of the Vanderbilt Transnational Journal, and received Scholastic Excellence Awards in Torts and Professional Responsibility.
