Overview
Taylor Skaggs is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group. Taylor has a broad range of experience in the finance sector representing both lender and borrower clients across a variety of industries. His work focuses on private credit lending, acquisition financing, leveraged financing, secured and unsecured term loan and revolving credit facilities, and asset-based lending facilities.
Taylor also has experience representing agents and collateral managers in securitization transactions.
Experience
- Represented a diversified biopharmaceutical company ANI Pharmaceuticals in its acquisition of global pharmaceutical company Alimera Sciences.*
- Represented the New York branch of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as administrative agent, letter of credit issuing bank and lender, syndication agent and lead arranger, in the $35 million amendment and extension of a senior secured revolving loan and letter of credit facility for GenConn Energy guaranteed by two subsidiaries which operate natural gas-fired electric generating facilities.*
- Represented of MUFG Bank in connection with an amendment and restatement of its $450 million revolving credit agreement with a regional electric utility company.*
- Represented Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. in connection with the purchase of a controlling interest in, and the subsequent sale of, Tao Group Hospitality, operator of more than 80 branded locations in over 20 markets across four continents, including the Tao, Marquee, Lavo, Avenue, The Stanton Social, Beauty & Essex and Avenue restaurants and nightclubs.*
- Represented Greenbriar Equity Group LLC in connection with the acquisition of automotive aftermarket parts and accessories distributor JEGS High Performance.*
- Represented Greenbriar Equity Group in its acquisition of delivery company FragilePAK.*
- Represented SPAC Isos Acquisition Corp., in its $2.6 billion IPO merger with Bowlero Corp. that took the world’s largest owner and operator of bowling centers public.*
- Represented Geller & Company on the sale of its multi-family office business to Corient, one of the fastest-growing national wealth advisors in the U.S.*
