Overview

Siobhain Minarovich concentrates her practice on insurance coverage litigation and related coverage counseling. She represents insurers in complex litigation and coverage disputes in state and federal courts in New York and across the country. Siobhain is valued by clients for her practical, solutions-oriented approach and her ability to distill complex coverage issues into clear, actionable guidance.

Siobhain advises insurance carriers on third-party claims involving general liability, sexual abuse, environmental, and toxic tort, as well as other high-stakes coverage issues. Her insights on coverage development have been featured in Newsday, and she regularly contributes to industry publications.

In addition to her legal practice, Siobhain is active in her community. Siobhain is the Vice President of the Board of Directors for a Long Island-based non-profit organization, Community Mainstreaming Associates, Inc., which provides residential programs, day programs and other services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
