Matt Daigle is an associate in the firm’s Healthcare practice group, advising on regulatory matters and helping clients maintain compliance while navigating complex, evolving regulatory frameworks. Matt brings an innovation-focused, systems-driven mindset to keep complex matters organized, efficient, and moving forward for his clients.
Matt also has experience advising investor-owned utilities in proceedings before state regulatory commissions and guiding clients through complex regulatory environments. His practice leverages a technical and systematic approach to simplify reporting obligations and secure favorable outcomes for clients. Matt assists clients throughout regulatory proceedings, including drafting pleadings, conducting extensive research, managing discovery, and drafting witness testimony, motions, and post-hearing briefing. In his political compliance practice, Matt has advised a diverse range of clients, including private equity funds, public utilities, trade organizations, and manufacturing companies, offering strategic guidance on the formation and administration of state and federal PACs, fundraising communications, board governance, and lobbyist reporting obligations.
Prior to attending law school, Matt received his bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering with a concentration on quality and statistics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
