In the course of his practice prior to joining Parker Hudson, John also counseled clients on stock and asset acquisitions, joint venture and partnership opportunities, and other business enterprise matters. John's widespread experience across multiple practice areas and industries allows him to help clients find practical solutions to challenges and best navigate opportunities.
John represents public and private companies, agents, lenders, strategic and financial buyers, creditors and investors in a broad range of restructuring and distress-related matters, including Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcy-related asset sales and acquisitions. Assisted private equity backed joint venture in successfully bidding for integrated agricultural enterprise offered at auction by state court receiver.*
