Joe Scarborough is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group where he advises financial institutions on asset-based lending and complex finance arrangements.
Prior to joining Parker Hudson, Joe represented private equity sponsors and private companies. In addition to his experience in finance-related law, Joe has advised fund managers on equity capital raises and fund structures, continuation vehicles, joint ventures, merger & acquisition transactions, and general corporate governance matters.
