Jim Hicks is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group where he represents banks and other financial institutions on asset-based lending, single lender and syndicated transactions.
Prior to joining Parker Hudson, Jim represented lenders, financial institutions, and corporate clients in debt restructuring and insolvency-related matters. In addition to his experience in finance-related law, Jim has represented clients in complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.
