Collin Rose represents commercial clients in complex litigation involving contract enforcement, breach of fiduciary duties, real estate development disputes, and secured transactions. He has represented large institutions, startups, and individuals, tailoring his representation to their unique needs. He prides himself on finding creative solutions to any apparent obstacles to his client’s legal objectives.
He has served as both defendant and plaintiff’s counsel in actions spanning real estate disputes, business partnerships, securities laws, business torts, corporate and administrative law, and bankruptcy litigation. His practice includes advising companies facing high-stakes commercial conflicts and regulatory inquiries, where he evaluates potential claims and exposure to support sound decision-making. He focuses on devising legal strategies that will efficiently and effectively accomplish his client’s goals.
Earlier in his career, Collin served as a Judicial Intern with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New York. He was honored at the 2018 Family Defense Benefit for the Brooklyn Defender Services in recognition of his pro bono contributions.
