Austin Howell is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance practice group. He represents banks and other financial
institutions in documenting, negotiating, and closing secured credit facilities. Austin’s practice covers asset-based
lending, single-lender credit facilities, and syndicated loan transactions. He works on deals of varying size and complexity,
preparing loan documents, coordinating closing deliverables, and helping move each transaction efficiently to closing.
Austin previously practiced commercial real estate law. He handled acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing matters for owners, developers, mortgagees, and retailers nationwide. That experience helps him protect his lender clients' interests in financings secured by real property. Austin is known for being responsive, thorough, and focused on his clients' business goals. Lenders can rely on his attention to detail to help their deals close smoothly.
