Stefan Grow to Speak at the FHCA 2022 Annual Conference and Trade Show

Healthcare attorney Stefan Grow will speak on “Navigating the Regulatory Environment: Enforcement, CHOW and the IDR Process,” at the Florida Healthcare Association (“FHCA”) 2022 Annual Conference and Trade Show on August 2, 2022.

This event will explore:

• Recent enforcement actions taken against home health agencies,
• What administrators and staff should know about the nursing center Change of Ownership (CHOW) process, and
• An overview of the Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process for nursing centers.
