Healthcare attorney Stefan Grow has been named to the Florida Bar Administrative Law Section Executive Committee.

The Florida Bar Administrative Law Section provides a forum for the improvement and development of the fields of administrative law and procedure and agency practice. The Section provides opportunities for continuing education for members, professional growth, publishing, and leadership, as well as awards for outstanding service.

As the former general counsel to Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration, Stefan regularly advises clients on government contracting and procurement, bid protests, and state rulemaking. He also has extensive experience counseling on public records and Florida’s “sunshine” laws. In his most recent post with the Agency, Stefan oversaw Florida’s Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) procurement, the largest procurement in state history with more than $90 billion in contract awards, as well as multiple large healthcare technology procurements.
