Seann Frazier was noted in an article addressing his representation of a would-be medical marijuana treatment center in its fight to require the Florida Department of Health to implement application and licensure processes required by Florida law years ago.
Frazier represents Louis Del Favero Orchids, a grower that has prepared to apply for a medical marijuana license more than two years. After the Department of Health refused to open a public application process and instead approved settlements awarding licenses to companies with questionable qualifications that never filed applications, Del Favero and Frazier appealed.
