Ron Coleman to Present at the International Franchise Association 2022 Legal Symposium

Litigation Partner Ron Coleman will present “Disputes regarding Supply Arrangements and Rebates – Franchisors’ Rights vs. Franchisee Revolts,” at the 54^th Annual International Franchise Association (“IFA”) 2022 Legal Symposium on May 17, 2022. This program will focus on:

• Differing levels of supply chain involvement for franchisors,
• Tensions when franchises perceive that the franchisors are profiting from purchases, and
• Avoiding pitfalls that heighten legal risk.

The Legal Symposium will take place on May 15-17, 2022, in Washington, DC and will offer the latest on legal and regulatory issues affecting the operations of franchise systems. The IFA is the world’s largest membership organization for franchisors, franchisees, and franchise suppliers.
