Parker Hudson Welcomes New Associate

Parker Hudson recently welcomed a new attorney to the Atlanta office.

Gina Kim is an associate in the firm's Commercial Finance practice group. She represents clients in a wide range of commercial lending transactions. Gina comes to Parker Hudson with prior experience serving as in-house counsel for a large regional bank, she brings an insider's perspective and understands how to effectively represent clients' legal interests. Gina works with national and regional banks and other financial institutions in corporate leveraged finance and commercial lending transactions, including borrower and lender side representations in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, first lien and second lien credit facilities, cash flow and asset-based loans, and mezzanine financing transactions. She earned a Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
