Healthcare Partner David Darden will present on a hot topic, “Chatting about ChatGPT: Navigating the Legal Implications of Using Current Generation AI In Your Business.”
The program will:
- Explore legal considerations that companies need to be aware of when incorporating AI into business functions,
- Discuss the novel legal questions being raised by the current generation of generative AI, and
- Equip corporate counsel to better give practical guidance to their business.
Real Estate Associate Wes Pickard will deliver a presentation, “Navigating the Future of Office Leasing: Trends and Strategies in the Age of Hybrid Work.”
The program will:
- Focus on current trends in the office properties market and options,
- Explore leasing strategies companies can utilize to reduce or alter their office space to better accommodate their needs in a hybrid work environment, and
- Review approaches to resolving disputes with landlords if existing lease provisions do not provide the needed flexibility.
Litigation Of Counsel David Gallo will lead a discussion on “Choosing your Arbitrator/Mediator: What You Should be Looking For.”
The program will:
- Discuss best practices for selecting a neutral, and
- Provide an opportunity for participants to explore and challenge assumptions and biases.
