Kathleen Currey, Kelley Gass, and Madison Morrow to Present at the 2024 Secured Lending Seminar Hosted by the State Bar of Georgia ICLE

Parker Hudson Commercial Finance Partners Kathleen Currey and Kelley Gass and Associate Madison Morrow will be presenting at the Secured Lending Seminar hosted by the State Bar of Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education on February 29, 2024. Kathleen has been the Program Chair for the annual Secured Lending Seminar since 2020.

Kathleen will be presenting, “Update on UCC Amendments,” and Kelley and Madison will be presenting, “Sponsor Related Provisions in Credit Agreements.”
