Bobbi Acord Noland to Speak as Part of the Secured Finance Network Annual Convention 2025

Bobbi Acord Noland will be co-presenting on November 4, 2025, the “Annual Co-General Counsel Report” as part of the Secured Finance Network 81^st Annual Convention. This presentation will be held in advance of the Annual Convention.

Bobbi and Jon Helfat of Otterbourg, as SFNet’s Co-General Counsel, will discuss certain recent commercial finance cases and what potential impact these decisions may have on secured lending and potential restructurings.
