Bobbi Acord Noland to Present at Secured Finance Network Annual Convention 2026

Bobbi Acord Noland will co-present the “Annual Co-General Counsel Report” at the Secured Finance Network’s 82^nd Annual Convention on November 10, 2026.

Bobbi and Jon Helfat of Otterbourg, as SFNet’s Co-General Counsel, will provide an update on certain recent commercial finance and bankruptcy cases and the possible impact these decisions may have on secured lending and potential distress situations.
