A guest should not visit the office if the guest is feeling sick or has a fever, if anyone in the guest’s household has a fever or feels sick, or if the guest or a member of the guest’s household is awaiting Covid test results (unless the test is for travel clearance or similar reasons that are unrelated to symptoms or potential exposure).
The Firm requests that guests coming to the office confirm that they are fully vaccinated for optimal protection (as defined by the CDC, including recommended boosters), which should be communicated to the attorney(s) or individual(s) with whom they will be meeting. Guests who are not fully vaccinated for optimal protection and unvaccinated guests are required to perform a self-administered, rapid test or PCR test no more than 72 hours prior to visiting, or onsite upon arrival at the Firm. Tests are available onsite and may be taken in restrooms or conference rooms. Tested guests must communicate the results to the Firm personnel the guest is visiting. Guests who opt to take a test onsite should arrive in a mask and wear it until receiving a negative test result. Guests who test positive onsite should exit the premises immediately.
Guests are required to comply with the Firm’s masking policy in place at the time of their visit.
