While the substantive areas of the civil litigation practice are too numerous to list exhaustively, those areas include claims for securities fraud, fiduciary duty breaches, corporate derivative claims, banking issues, contract breaches, business torts, Uniform Commercial Code actions, failed corporate mergers, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenants, antitrust actions, product liability, employment discrimination and various forms of consumer litigation.
