About Liz

Liz is an associate in the firm's Commercial Finance practice group.  She focuses her practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in syndicated and single-lender asset-based debt financing transactions.  Liz has experience in documenting, closing and maintaining many types of financial transactions, including large syndicated cash flow and asset-based credit facilities.  Liz also has experience documenting the workout and restructuring of existing credit facilities.

  • Represented agent and lender in connection with a $700,000,000 “Exit” financing for global automotive supplier
  • Represented agent and lender in connection with a $85,000,000 “Debtor-in-Possession” financing for manufacturer of china, collectibles, ornaments and jewelry
  • Represented agent and lender in connection with a $73,600,000 “Debtor-in-Possession” financing for provider of third party logistics and carrier services in the United States and Canada
  • Represented lender in connection with a $65,000,000 senior secured revolving and term loan credit facilities to furniture retailer
  • Represented agent and lender in connection with a $45,000,000 senior secured revolving credit facility to facilitate initial acquisition of manufacturer of body armor and bullet-proof vests and subsequent acquisition of Canadian company which included adding a cross-border facility.
  • Represented lender in connection with a $45,000,000 secured revolving credit facility to manufacturer and distributor of treated outdoor wood products for the residential, commercial, industrial and utility markets
  • Represented lender in connection with a $40,000,000 secured revolving credit facility to steel distribution company
  • Represented lender in connection with a $35,000,000 senior secured revolving facility to processor of fresh beef products
  • Represented lender in connection with a $15,500,000 senior secured revolving credit facility to facilitate initial acquisition of trucking company.
