About Darren
Darren is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice group. Darren's practice has focused on defending corporations in complex civil litigation for his entire career. He has experience litigating class actions, multidistrict proceedings, mass torts, and other multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant actions in both state and federal courts. These matters have arisen out of such diverse settings as commercial litigation, financial services litigation, asbestos and silica "toxic tort" matters, employment disputes, consumer class actions, and civil rights law.

Defended international financial services firm in discriminatory pricing litigation in state courts, federal courts, and multi-district litigation proceedings.
Defended international engineering and construction firm in litigation alleging toxic exposure to asbestos, silica, and benzene, in hundreds of matters pending in over a dozen jurisdictions.
Defended employers in state and federal courts, before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state Fair Employment Practices, and in labor arbitrations arising under collective bargaining agreements.
