About Dan
Dan is an associate with the firm's Commercial Finance practice group. He was a summer clerk with the firm prior to starting as an associate in 2009.
While in law school, under the third year practice rule, Dan briefed and argued Williams Mtn. Coal Co. v. Director, OWCP, 328 Fed. Appx. 243 (4th Cir. 2009) in successful affirmance of administrative decision awarding claimant coal miner black lung benefits.
