About Bob
Bob’s practice for over 28 years has been focused on business and financing transactions, with a special emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and the financing of such transactions. Bob's corporate practice involves representing business entities of all sizes in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, counseling and corporate governance matters and contracting. Among the industries in which his clients are involved are timber procurement and processing, consulting and professional services, packaging and other manufacturing.
