About Lindsey
Lindsey's practice focuses on health care regulatory compliance, such as Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse, the Stark law, and HIPAA. Lindsey also assists clients with facility and professional licensure, certificate of need regulations, and hospital medical staff and peer review issues. Additionally, Lindsey represents hospitals, health care systems, and other specialty service providers in mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses.
In addition to her legal experience, Lindsey brings a unique perspective to her legal practice due to her prior experience in the health care field. Before attending law school, Lindsey was employed by a hospital to recruit physicians to the medical staff and to assist the new physicians with practice development and business outgrowth.
During law school, Ms. Kaiser served as a law clerk for the Georgia Superior Court, Tift Judicial Circuit for Chief Judge Gary C. McCorvey.
