About Tim
Tim focuses on health care litigation and regulatory matters. Tim's practice focuses on certificate of need regulations in Georgia and Florida, hospital medical staff and peer review issues, commercial litigation, facility licensure, and other state and federal regulatory issues, such as Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse, the Stark law, and HIPAA. In the health care field, Tim represents hospitals, health care systems, and other specialty service providers. Tim's experience includes administrative litigation, litigation in state courts, work with state and federal administrative agencies, and general representation of clients.
